CATHOLIC FAITH AT HOME RESOURCES
Taking Christ for Granted
It was around this time last year that Covid-19 began depriving us of Mass,
something we once took for granted.
Our omnipotent God doesn't "owe" us His Eucharistic presence
yet He lives with us in the "disguise" of bread and wine...
because He loves us.
We face historic challenges today.
Now is not the time to be indifferent to our faith.
Our youth, with millions of others, are crying out for meaning in their lives.
Our Catholic Catechism Paragraph 2093 states:
"Faith in God's love encompasses the call and the obligation
to respond with sincere love to divine charity.
The first commandment enjoins us to love God above
everything and all creatures for Him and because of Him."
Have we fallen victim to indifference?
Do we immerse ourselves daily in contemplating God's love?
Are we compelled to praise and worship God in thanksgiving
for His love, His blessings and His supernatural gifts?
Praying to God in Eucharistic Adoration reaps rich rewards!.
In person, when possible,
but online brings God's grateful blessings as well.
Without His LOVE, we cease to exist and every blessing in our life is gone.
Doesn't that deserve more than an hour each week?
Try spending some time alone at home with Him.
Perhaps an adoration site somewhere around the world will help
